Hi I am trying to addmy game redeem code from Origin but i keep getting a message saying "The EA Billing and Management services cannot be accessed at this time. Please try again later."
Also when I tried to subscribe I get a message saying "SWTOR.com is temporarily unavailable as we are experiencing extremely high traffic. Please check back again soon, or visit our Twitter account for details!"

You have another EA / Origin account that uses the Persona playerv7ilkduk and that account needs a password reset to restore purchasing in swtor
And how I find this account?
You can call swtor support they may be able to provide the email on the account , it should be an email likley used when the swtor account was created
