Unable to Subscribe

The linked EA account likely uses the same email address used to create the swtor account 

I would look in that EA account for spending limits as detailed in https://help.ea.com/en/help/ea/ea-app/player-controls-ea/#manage-spending

If unsure call swtor support when the lines are open they can advise what ea account is linked to that swtor account

HI thanks for the reply and yes they use the same e-mail address as  for the spend limit i have increased that BUT it does not work for Subscriptions. Would changing one of the e-mail addresses work ?

It seems if i change my e-mail with one it auto changes to the other so kind of wasting my time i think nvm thanks for the help

I would call swtor support when the lines are open, i would suggest you are not logging into the correct ea account 

Just because the swtor account and ea account are now using the same email address, it does not mean they are linked.

Go to the myswtor on the web browser swtor.com and once you login click on cartel coins tab and at the bottom click manage billing 
on the top right of the screen will be an email address that should be the email used on the linked ea account
