I believe phoning wont help at this stage , the accountdisputes email address is the way forward, i'm afraid you will have to wait until they respond.

Do I send one email or do I send multiple, just in case?

I would leave it at one for moment, ticket time at present is also extended out , I know you want to get back in game , but I would limit contact maybe an email a week if it comes to it.

If you do need to phone I would use skype , seems set to the us and adding contact as per here dials for free

I think the support team gave me the number to the US. 

Luckily I have written it down and they recommend I use it for Skype. Sadly, I don't have the money atm to pay for credit for international calls. 

Also, I might use your suggestion to mail them every week once the first fortnight is up.

The USA number for SWTOR is free on Skype unless they changed it relative recently - I've often enough used it myself.

Edit: Late edit - the words 'on Skype' make all the difference in the world.

I'm not sure if it is free myself. But I don't want to risk it and pay a massive phone bill.

@Sian-san My mistake just noticed I missed to type something - the US number for SWTOR should be free on Skype. Of course not with the standard phone.

I called the support team on Skype and it is indeed free.
