Do you know when your Swtor account was created? If it was before June 2019, the EA account and the Swtor can have different email address. So if you tried to reset the password of your EA account using the link below
https://help.ea.com/en/articles/ea-account/reset-expired-password/
and you still encounter that error message it could mean that your EA account has a different e-mail address.
If that is the case, it might be easier to contact the Swtor support and they should be able to sort this out.
