in a web browser (not the launcher) login with just the displayname and password, then on the next screen follow the lost key directions as seen in https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-SWTOR-Security-Key-Issues/m-p/4833445#M70854
@proxos666 unfortunately none of the methods provided have helped me regain my account and it looks like ill have to consider the account lost for good
call swtor support when the lines are open, they can remove the key manually to allow you to reset the password if needed
