dxdiag maybe worth while but i would also try a different video driver version just to sure

I would try a older video driver , example nvidia have a lot of crash issues with their latest release, so much so they have released a hotfix addressing some issues but peopel are still reporting issues https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/game-ready-drivers/13/373159/announcing-geforce-hotfix-driver-44598-released-42/
hence use a video driver version prior to the recent releases is worth testing

Is this what you mean? I tried to roll back my driver, but it wouldn't let me do that.
Few things from the dxdiag
recommend changing the power option from balanced to high performance when playing swtor , it can have a major impact on performance
also your video driver is from March 2019 so is actually outdated, to install the latest driver you will need to follow the directions in https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29530/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers
can see the swtor crashes but no reference to the cause , can also bccode 141 listed which is a video driver timeout so updating the driver maybe worth doing.
