Without my knowledge, money is written off.

I don't play the game for more than a year. Recently happened to notice that the purchase has been made "SWTOR recurring 90 day game time offer". On the phone and by email did not come messages.

I also found that the cancellation occurred almost every 2 month!?!? My account is protected. But I have not made any purchases! Moreover (this can be seen in the logs) I've not been in the game a long time ago.

Will pay for the damage (stolen funds).

    Account issues involving money are by phone only, numbers at this link

    if you have skype create a contact (must be a contact ) with the number +18553452186 and use that to dial have been told its free call that way.

    That number is only available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT

    from that link, Support for Star Wars: The Old Republic is provided in English, French, and German only.

    If you have someone that can act as a translator maybe the way forward.

    One thing you probably have already done is remove any payment methods and Bank Information from your account,

    to prevent further damage.
