I am a returning player after a pause for a couple of years. I have updated the launcher and game and after the log in the launcher asks for a one time password. It just doesn´t arrive at my registered mail-account.
What can I do?

Thanks for the intell. Is there a solution coming from SWTOR-support or can't I play the game anymore? Cause you need a one time password every now and then or when logging from a different WiFi-connection of device.
proxos666 That doesn't solve the initial issue. I even tried making a new account and nothing got sent to my email. Something isn't registering on the site (Official site) that tells it to send anything.
if it doesn't resolve after 24 hours best to call swtor support when the lines are open , suggest have another email address from a different domain to place on the account, as they may ask for one
None and honestly, I don't think there is a fix on our end. This seems to be an issue on their end where the request for a code just isn't going through.
Have you found a solution for the problem or?
