Zero Ambient NPCs on new graphics card

hey guys, need help with graphics problem in SWTOR.

i just recently updated my video card from ATI HD 6950 by MSI to nice new NVidia GTX970 by Asus.

now i dont see any of the ambient NPCs making the worlds living, i only see quest givers and clickable NPCs, nothing more.

i had similar problem on my laptop with NVidia card where there were at least some of the ambient NPCs who randomly appeared and disappeared and found out on internet that i need to change AmbientNPCCount to 95 in client_settings.ini in AppData/Local/SWTOR/swtor/Settings.

that realy helped me and from that i could see all the ambient NPCs and see the game world realy nice and living. this one in no help in my new case as whatever i do in client_settings.ini, nothing changes in the game and its totaly ambient NPC dead and i dont want to play because of it. now i can play on Ultra details, but cant thx to that annoying bug ☹️

is anyone able to help me with this problem?
