What it means is that the AI will only use it to dispel positive effects, instead of wasting it to damage, giving the team a better chance at getting offense up through AI controlled matches and also giving QGJ more turn meter regen. What it also means is you can pretty much guarantee the AI will be using harmonious assault off the bat instead of humbling blow.
