% Healthbar

May we get a toggle for %health/%prot for toons in battle.  With the coliseum mechanics having things be within so many % health it makes sense (see dryax).  I shouldn't have to custom make a screen overlay with 10% increments per boss to make sure I don't get thwomped by the ability procs.
