It may be a bug in the game. I have only used Ben with 48%+ Potency. I dont many Palp lead on my shard but today/tonight I am gonna strip my Mods and let my Rank drop to 20th erc then do some videos of more different teams that dont reach the top 5 on a regular basis

Please do. Be a pal and make a thread about it once you see your ben with negative potency landing all of his debuffs on the opposing team. Meanwhile, Sid never lands his basic on anyone at 0% potency.
