1 Zeta 1 Rebel

I feel like Rebels got the shaft when they released Zetas, I believe Cassian is the only Rebel with a Zeta and I think Droids got the shaft also when it comes to Zetas because I don't think there is a...

It's leapfrog. Rebels may have groups jumping over them but it's only because they were at the front to begin with. They will get their turn.
