10 th Anniversary Lightspeed bundle

Today many new players recieved the 10th anniversary lightspeed speed bundle it seems to be only for players under level 50.

I recently joined a guild started by content creators & community members the goal was to play through & show off the new players experience that has came along with the 10th anniversary event.

All our guild about 50 players started when the 10th anniversary event launched only half received the bundle because most players were above level 50 due to experience and how fast you level up with the journey quests.

We have been having a ton of fun in this new experience it would be nice if all players under level 85 received this bundle since many players from our guild & others decided to play through the new experience & just happens to level up a bit too quickly. 

Any feedback would be nice the new player experience is a lot better with this update.
