100% or 110% potency

Hi guys, do you know if there's a difference between 100 and 110 potency?

Tenacity mods are decent for raids, but only when under a Tenacity leader that gives an ancillary bonus you want. I modded my Jedi p1 team for tenacity back before I got into hAAT, and they still do alright for me.
