This was for people's who spent hundreds of dollars to 7* a toon believing they needed it forward content (I.e., ROLO), only to find out they didn't... which must have been infuriating. So, CG decided to give them what amounted to a 25% bonus on the crystals they bought to say sorry... seems fair.
I hear ya. It just seems that based on some information that has been reported, it's not as cut and dry. If people are reporting false info, then shame on them. But if some people at 6* got the 20k and some people at 7* didn't, then something doesn't seem right. That's all I'm saying. I'm content to wait and see what they say before I make a judgement of the handling of this situation.
