3 energy's, which is most valuable to refresh?

Normal- Gear, character shards Cantina- Character/ship shards, mats, cantina shop currency Ship- Character/ship Shards, reinforcement mats, (Zetas)? So if you could only pick between 2 out of 3...

Your personal drop rates aren't relevant to the question. And even if they were, it only takes one success to propel your arena team forward.
