- So they chose the hour before UK arena payout to do maintenance yet UK players will get the same compo as everyone else even though they've potentially missed out on more crystals
- Who plans server maintenance during a TB? One does not simply service the server during TB and not get backlash!

One does not simply service the server during TB and not get backlash!- I honestly feel defeated because when it comes to any kind of feedback it seems like CG just shuts us out. I don't understand why CG doesn't offer more when it comes to make goods after major bugs or server issues and it confuses me for a few reasons. #1 their make goods typically do not even cover what top players miss out on. #2 these types of make goods are rarely needed (when was the last server issue/bug that required a make good on CGs part? #3 the items we are talking about cost CG nothing, litterally nothing. I have played games with 3x as many issues where we were offered comparably higher rewards and it amounted to a much more grateful community. You want to see how you do a make good (or how to reward a player base based social media engagement/in app spending) look at Dokkan Battle.

The crystal loss alone is more than 250.
Then there is the shipcurrency=zetas
The guild lost raid tickets, we missed out on guild currency, instability cost special missions in territory battles.
Just another way for CG to say “sorry, but screw you”
It really is unacceptable not even dignifying their own server crashes with compensations matching the players loses.
But it’s no surprice, been like that for a long time now, even though the compensation is a virtual currency, costing them nothing at all to provide. - And no, it was not the announced server maintenance on oct 30.
It was a regular server crash, starting with “we have som connection issues we are looken into”
Ending in “the server is UP!.. no, UP with issues.. down again”
In the begining the ingame “server maintenance” message linked to the 2016 server issues message, eddited 2017 - Either way the compensation just was not worth the mess it caused I lost out on a rank up in crystals on ship PVP's and. It cost. Me. Over a million points in TB's not to mention the rest of the guild, which stopped us getting the 18 star on phase 3.
The compensation used to be much better and we had nowhere as much relaying in us getting our part done.
