4 lightspeed packs.. I am done with this stupidity

Every time a LSB drops, someone’s gotta whine about it “I did it the hard way” 

who cares? So did I for a lot of them. I just get to save money now. The whales already have them. It’s just for people that didn’t AND want to spend the money. It’s really not a big deal.

Players: CG, bring back the LSB!!

CG: Here you are, the LSB are back.

Players: CG, don't bring back the LSB!!

And we wonder why they don't listen.

I started this game before Grand Master Yoda came. I remember when people at Squad Arena used Stormtrooper Han lead. Currently I have every meta fleet and only missing GL Leia and LV. 

And I am fine with all this.  Currently new players need ATLEAST two years to get their first GL (unless you follow a very detailed guide to its core I guess), and these days everyone needs atleast one to get to even Auridorium. If anything I would say that new players need 1 free LSB for SLKR or Rey.

Granted I am a LSB enjoyer (got the first LSB when they came out and easy SLKR and Rey) but you cant deny that its difficult for new players to get to lvl 85. When I returned from my years of break there were so many teams and it was hard for me to get back. Heck my first GL was JML. 

Shame that LSB are monetized but they are at worst the least of our problems.

ANSWER

Because we have a soft token fanbase  who like quick wins and loyal without question to the game developers .  Overwhelming  clear is the admin no longer seem to react to its fans. The whole backlash to character skins that went without  comment or response  proved that to me. 

The whole strategy is now about capturing the pc market sadly 

If the game can't get and retain new players the game will die. New players bounce off the game when they realize they're 9 years behind and have no way of catching up in a reasonable time frame, ergo LSB exist. As long as they don't start making them for new content the people who have been around for a long time will be fine as they still have a head start and didn't need to spend to catch up. source: launch player

But the ,answer is to shorten the process not just give them the keys to the door , the lightspeed packs gives false hope. Let them unlock 1 GL .

Light speeds should be on Christmas  day and starwars day only. Thats makes more sense
