4LOM tier 3 impossible even with R9

I can’t seem to pass tier 3 7 star 4 Lol requirement even with an R9 4Lom. Modded for protection and tenacity and speed. What is the deal with tier 3 being so difficult? I’d understand if this was...

If you read this before the event disappears - what does the "Important Notes" section on the event screen say for tier 3?

For Tier 2 it says "It is recommended you have both units at g8 for the best chance of success". T2 is definitely completable with just 4LOM, but I wonder what that section says for T3? If it says "recommended you have both units..." then I guess the information isn't wrong?

It’s possible they made a mistake and released the tier too quickly. I know you can earn Zukkus shards, but 4-Lom can be earned as well, so this minimizes your chances of earning Zukkus. I can’t beat the first tier, but from other events, they are locked after you beat it the first time, unless you pay 200 crystals.
