5000 crystal reward from SWGOH booth- Anahiem
One of my guild mates and I attended SW celebration 2022 in Anahiem and we both stopped by the booth.
We did not attend together, we went separately.
He shared on discord that he was awarded 5000 for attending the event and stopping by your SWGOH. Which I did as well but no rewards for me.
I went through customer support and provided proof I was at the event plus pictures of the freebies that were handed out at the booth e.g.( battery charger, water bottle).
They said that only the eligible players were given those rewards and they could not reward them to me.
Can someone please explain to me why or how did my guild mate become eligible to receive those rewards and not me?
