I have not been focusing on my Fleet at all. I will start in the stores to get some of the bug ships and upgrade them just to help me get to Shaak Ti. I am working on getting cody also, i have him as a 4* once i can get him to 5* i will start putting him in there. I havent actually used them in arena yet. Still need to upgrade the mods which is expensive and get some of their skills to lvl 6 at least. By then i am hoping to have cody to 5* and starting to gear him then too.
