60/90/120 fps mobile client when?

Can we focus on making the mobile experience better please? Pc client makes mobile client unbearable to play on. 

And if you say older hardward cannot run 60 fps then add settings. My new generation phone should not be running a clients limitations from 2015. Please cg.
