Hey CG, Given that the event reset, you were able to get an additional free run (even if you're already 7⭐️) - the 999 refresh count also reset, meaning you didn't need to buy the 1,299 packs... so...

This is similar to the time they reordered the free items down a row in the shop... folk didn't check/notice, they just did what they always did... and guess what, CG refunded them for those purchases... because they recognised they'd changed something from the norm and folk were accustomed to the norm...
this isn't a case of lack of reading... I'm 12M GP and VERY far from FTP, so the refund is really here nor there in the big picture, but I do believe in this instance it does warrant a refund, as this is different from the norm!
I'm 100% aligned with herd_nerfer - if we get it (we should) then great, if we don't, well then so be it... does not mean it should not be asked for and it does not mean it should not be provided...
