9th Anniversary artwork leaking upcoming characters?

The 9th Anniversary artwork published on official platforms feature some characters that currently aren't playable, meaning they'll be acquirable soon?

4 featured are already in the game but sadly currently only as NPCs which are the Rebel Pilot, Sith Soldier (Revan), Jedi Knight Sentinel, and Sandtrooper Scout.

The 5th however appears to be a new addition to SWHOH, the Pau'an port administrator Tion Medon who first appeared in Revenge of the Sith.

There is also Padme Amidala in the bottom left and it appears to be an edited version of the artwork for the current playable version, unless this is the version in the Geonosis Arena. 

Could CG_Meathead possibly be able to please weigh in on this?
