Mr. Bones is the best and technically last B1 Droid, but honestly if they were going to release a Bronzium only toon it would have to be one that nobody likes because as of right now getting ally points is a matter of playing the game. My vote would be for some simple nobody like Clone Private or one of the nameless toons that you fight against in PVE.
