The biggest problem, and one they haven't even discussed, is the Time Out Meta. The 5 minute PvP timer was chosen years ago. Kits weren't full healing, spamming bonus protection, or taking 5 seconds an animation when that number was chosen.
Good luck getting through R10 Luke with Watt tech and Bastilla lead.
Good Luck getting through R10 Rezra Ben with a 200% HP datacron.
The game will devolve into the Tank GLs being R10 required and the entire point of GAC and TW being the creation of time out walls rather than teams that get kills.
