if i could ask everyone to put their pitchforks down for a moment and look at what the last few days have brought us. we recieved a bunch of freebies including a May the 4th package and 2 very nice calendars. there was a bit of a hiccup with the update but the very next day we all got 1000 crystals in compensation and they extended the double drops for an extra day. you may say they 'owed' us that but they really didn't. if anything they 'owed' me 175 crystals for missing my fleet climb and one instance of daily energy. 1000 crystals was more than generous. we also got a new raid and a promise of more to come now that they've developed the tools to make it easier to do than it was in the past. whether you're enjoying the new raid or not it's still a good sign and i'm looking forward to see what's in store for us in the future.I'd also like to take a moment to appreciate the people who work at CG. none of them are actually the ones making the decisions that have p'eed us off so much over the last few days. most of them are hard core lovers of Star Wars, just like the rest of us, and they are doing everything within their power to make this game as best they can. any ire directed at them is akin to an Uber-Karen yelling at a teenaged cashier because the store is out of her favorite dish detergent. call me crazy but i do think they'll be adjusting the raid rewards. it's their habit to aim low and adjust upwards rather than the other way around and i'm optimistic that the same will happen here.anyways, that's all i wanted to say. you may pick your pitchforks back up now and i'll spare you all any kind of star warsy sign-off. peace!

Yeah, I've got my gripes about the rewards - but the raid itself is fantastic and I'm really glad to see new content coming to the game. It's exciting to think we'll be getting even more new raids in the future. To the devs that designed the game play and the art and put it all together - you all are top notch. Well done!

Maybe we can finally have our death star raid with 2 phases one on the ground where we use rebels ewoks and wookies and one in space where we use rebel ships. Raids are now 1 phase.

What particularly do you dislike about the new raid (excepting the rewards track)? Visuals, gameplay or something else?No I'm saying most people seem to agree that the raid itself is pretty good, it's just the rewards that are bad.

I think you missed the point where this is a product quite a few of us paid substantial amounts of money for.

And this is more like the barista peeing in your favorite coffee, because the manager told him that's cheaper than wasting precious water. Seems like Karen's ire might be slightly justified in that case?

I'm pretty sure the artists who contributed to the new raid are fully aware that anger about the REWARD STRUCTURE is NOT aimed at them. And for some reason I cannot believe that whoever came up with those rewards is just terrible at maths, somehow managed to get this approved by a ton of people who are all just terrible at maths either and rolled it out by themselves.

Yeah, this was a fantastic change - it's a little small thing that makes a big difference by bringing that banner to a place in the game that can't be missed - where the chat banner will often get buried and forgotten. I like that it preserves the color too - if you do before the message it's bright green and impossible to not notice on this screen.

I am not sure if economy is worse. I did complain about the lack of aeros, which was fixed. As to the global rewards i was POSITEVELY surprised as i could DIRECT the rewrads to the stuff iAM ACTUALLY RESEARCHING. Not sure if i get more or less, as before it was kind of random...but i like the idea of being able to choose WHAT I GET.
Also think this things should also be in forum...not just the complaints (which i also do) :)
