A simplified explanation of new mods

Some clarification to add, if you want to see all secondaries, just reverse rules from before of seeing if shown secondaries would upgrade.

So blue is still 6.

Now greens you upgrade to 9, and purples to 3. So then if you want to upgrade any of those, you can continue to 12.
