Leia's is all about RNG. If she has omega on her basic for the TM gain she becomes so fast that missing to give the buff once can kill you. Mine will take 2 almost 3 turns before the others.
I had to count and pay attention. If tank TM is close to full and leia missed giving the buffs the last turn I will use her stealth ability and this is normally enough because most the others will also self buff
