Ability to Select Gear from Raid rewards

Question

I think this would be a really good change to the way the current gear rewards work. The number of pieces could still be randomized, but you would have the ability to select what gear piece you want.

Thoughts?

This is a great idea!  Not only would we have a LOT less unused gear in our inventory but we would be able to have the ability to move our toons up faster and not sit at a particular gear level for forever.
