I think RJT being a tier below JKR is a more appropriate comparison, especially given that CG said the GLs were designed to be balanced. Kylo is far superior in all aspects other than on AI defense, and CG has shown that they are willing to patch and buff him to shore that up.
My point was that they are linked characters. Like Rey and Kylo.
