Ezra Exile needs a serious nerf ASAP

Ezra exile is by far the best unit in the game. He out classes Every single GL. It's not even close. Nor is it a debate. There is no greater lifter in the game than Ezra exile. He can do it all with little to no punishment or counter play. 

Want to make a toxic team? Just add Ezra. It's literally that simple. 

His dodge and deflection chance + mastery scaling needs to be cut by 50%. He's absolutely nuts. It's beyond reasonable.
