About package Fulcrum on the Store

You got to be kiding! I spent 1300 cristals to get Fragments from Ashoka Fulcrum and receive just 7. Now in the second time, with more 1300 cristals, I got 5 fragments? How motivating is that? I'm really decepointing with this game.
