Account “FORGOTTEN” Without Authorization or Reason!!!

I Cant access my swgoh account( Neither through facebook nor through game center). In support they told me that I had exercised the right to be forgotten and that is why I cannot access my account. But I have never exercised that right and there must be a mistake on your part. Please i request that you restore my account with the progress made until 10-27-23, which is when I could no longer access it. I am the leader of my guild and I cannot be offline for so long.
I HAVE BEEN PLAYING FOR 8 YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER VIOLATED THE TERMS.

    The best way to prevent account deletion is to not have the option in the first place


    I'm not in the EU, but my limited understanding of their privacy laws means the delete option is required to be available.
