[Account Banned] Need to Reach A Community Manager

I took a break from the game for a few months and decided to return for a break from my break. There was a Galactic Conquest happening and thought it was the perfect time to grind out some rewards but received an account ban notification in the middle of it all. I don't even know what violations I could have accrued during this time. I contacted support in-game for some help but this whole process has been terribly cumbersome and have found myself being thrown in loops to no end. I was directed to several EA sites per customer support, and I tried filing a ticket, but the case was immediately dismissed and told they aren't able to help me but rather I should contact the community manager that doesn't seem to exist. 

Can someone please provide me with an updated link to the current community manager whoever they may be so that I can DM them?
