But for real - try to e-mail EA personally.

If you saved it with Google Play or Game Center you should just be able to log into it in the app. It will give you the option to stay with what you have or load your saved game.

If you didn't leverage either of those if you have a screenshot of your player ID customer service may be able to help you.

The easiest way to close the thread is to call out EA for how lame they are and call them moneysucking morons. Then it will get closed because just like the media in America they want to control the narrative.
