Account "unauthorised" to access webstore

I'm trying to use the webstore, I am old enough and my EA account has been verified as old enough, but when I try to use the webstore it says my account is unauthorised, not invalid or wrong, just una...

Just to rule it out - what device & browser are you using? You may find for example that the web store works better using Chrome on an iPhone than if you were using Safari
