Add Zeta Tier to Omega Event

Omega events were great when omega's were super rare, but now they're available in many areas of the game. Zetas, however, are still uber rare, and the number of new zeta abilities is increasing fast. So I propose a new tier to the Omega events that run each month. Up the difficulty, and give 1 zeta as a reward. It'll help the farm, without devaluing zetas.
