1) Rebels - full fleet (I don’t feel stupid relic’ing SRP now ?)
2) Empire - full fleet
3) Negotiator - full fleet
Attack
1) Executor - 5 BH ships….this is enough to win/mirror
2) Malevolence
3) Finalizer
Clean up - Raddus (no way near enough ships)
