Yea! Finally.
Now you must think how to solut fleets and Def is option gk, exe, gg is though if opp used one of em in Def. But then is clear too.
9 caps, enough for 6 Off def
47 ships, 7 full fleets but really 2 reinf is enough mostly so its 9 fleets.
And BOTH have similar max fleets so you dont have to max everything. Find good balance and invest into ships
