Ahsoka Fulcrum question.

Can anyone explain why this Jedi, Ahsoka Fulcrum is neither listed as a jedi nor part of the 501st, when regular Ahsoka is both??

I have never been able to watch this show... Obviously she didn't kill Vader, but what happened? Did he kill her?

He did not kill her. I can't remember much, but she definitely didn't die. I don't think we even see what happens between the two after the door thing closes down and Ezra gives the most pathetic 'Nooooo' you've seen in a TV show/movie.
