Here is the kit idea for Ahsoka Tano, at the time of her portrayal in the Mandalorian.
Unit Name: Ahsoka Tano (Grey Jedi) Tags: Light Side, Attacker (AGI), Scoundrel, Unaligned Force User Description: Deadly Force User Attacker who cuts down enemies swiftly and frequently gains Stealth. Relic: Ahsoka Tano's Lightsabers
Deal physical damage twice to target enemy and gain Offense Up for 2 turns. If this attack scores a Critical Hit, reduce the cooldown of Hidden Strike by 1, and Ahsoka Tano gains 20% Turn Meter. Animation: Ahsoka Tano strikes target enemy twice with her lightsabers.
Dispel all debuffs on Ahsoka, and she recovers 10% of her Max Health for each debuff dispelled. If she has no debuffs, then all enemies take damage equal to 10% of their Max Health instead. Then, Ahsoka and target ally gain Stealth for 2 turns. Animation: Ahsoka and target ally disappear into the fog and gain Stealth.
Special: You Know What I Want (Cooldown 4) (Zeta):
All Scoundrel allies gain Critical Chance Up and Critical Damage Up for 2 turns. Then, inflict Marked on target enemy for 2 turns, then call all Scoundrel allies to assist, dealing 25% less damage. Animation: Ahsoka Tano points her lightsaber at target enemy, then calls all Scoundrel allies to assist. -Zeta: All Scoundrel allies are called to assist, without a damage penalty. If any allies score a Critical Hit, they dispel all debuffs on themselves, and reduce their cooldowns by 1.
Ahsoka Tano (Grey Jedi) has +15% Critical Chance and +15% Critical Damage for each Scoundrel ally. While Ahsoka Tano has Stealth, she has +25% Evasion, +20 Speed, and her attacks deal 50% more damage. Whenever Ahsoka Tano defeats an enemy, she gains 10% Max Health and reduces her cooldowns by 1.

Good point on that, and I will fix that. Thank you for evaluating.
I feel like there is a good core in this kit, but it's ruined by just constantly throwing similar effects (if not outright the same) on top of each other. Which is why ultimately, I don't like it that much. Even thou I want to. Some examples:
From her unique she deals 50% more damage while Stealthed, but her basic also deals 50% more damage if she's Stealthed. Literally the same effect (and even the same number) on top of each other. (plus she can also gain offence up with her basic, which also stacks on top of all of this).
She gains +20 Speed while Stealthed, but her basic also grants +20% turn meter if she has stealth, which is also a speed building effect. This wouldn't be so bad, if it wasn't tied to the same condition. (and that's not even mentioning the zeta of her unique. Which is also turn meter gain from stealth)
She reduces her cooldowns from her unique whenever she defeats an enemy. But she also reduces one of her coodowns with her basic on a crit, and also reduces all allied cooldowns with her special if it defeats the target (which is double weird since a character having both a mass assist and an effect when they defeat an enemy is already a weird and contradictory combination).
Her unique can grant stealth to another ally when she gains stealth. But her only ability with which she can gain stealth already grants stealth to another ally, of your choosing no less. (If she has no debuffs, this is also literally it's only effect. Making the stealth from the unique even weirder.).
There are also some minor things, like the protection ignore while Stealthed when she already gains a significant increase to damage. Or the weird way you worded "inflicting the opposite debuff, if any" (also, no duration is given for those debuffs). But you get the idea: Cool concept, not so cool execution. Sorry I ended up not liking this one that much. But I do hope this helps.

Understood, and I will work to fix those things pointed out by you. Thank you for evaluating.
While this version is certainly better than the last, it still has some issues. Some old ones, some new. Some I have mentioned before, most I have not. Let's get into it. I'll start with one I have mentioned before: The cooldown reductions. As they still stack on top of each other. I mean, she reduces her cooldowns with her basic on a crit. But her cooldowns also get reduced when she crits on her second special, in which she uses her basic. So her cooldowns get reduced twice, for a single crit. On top of that there is still the fact that she has a mass assist ability, while also gaining benefits from killings an enemy. When all characters attack the enemy, it's very unlikely that Ahsoka is the one to deal the finishing blow to that enemy. But even when she does, she just reduces her cooldown again on top of the previous 2. Practically resetting her cooldowns. I'm ok with 2 different cooldown reductions in a kit, so long as they are independent (as in: They can both be activated, but also neither, and also each independently, and all are about equally likely). But having 3, with 2 basically having the same very easy condition and the 3rd contradicting another part of the kit? No. I still don't like that. The next problem is the Crit Bonuses. I mean among all archetypes Agility Attackers have the highest natural Critical Chance (and that's not even factoring in their mastery bonus). So +75% Crit Chance and Crit damage is already way too much. But now you add Crit Chance Up and Crit Damage Up on top of that? So about 160% Critical Chance and 240% Crit damage without any mods wasn't enough for you? If you also factor in the Offence Up and the 50% increase to damage while she is Stealthed (which is also stacking), she has more damage than SLKR. Way too broken. I am not a fan of that in the slightest. But wait, there's more! Because it's kind of strange that she's an attacker, when only her basic ability is able to deal damage. To be fair, her first special can deal damage as well. But not all the time and not based on her stats. So that doesn't make any use of her high offensive nature. I feel like she would be more of an support to be honest, she just doesn't have enough attacks to be an attacker in my opinion. (Might I also point out the irony that an ability called "Hidden Strike" deals basically no damage.) To be fair, this is where it stops. These are the 3 biggest problems in this kit. I think the main problem is that your too eager to make her powerful, causing you to add power for the sake of power. (I refer to the massive amounts of Offence (100% increase), Crit chance (100% increase on top of a base of most likely 85%), and Crit Damage (125% increase on top of a base of most likely 168%). As well as the 3 cooldown decreases, speed boost, and turn meter gain.) In my opinion, there is a lot of value and power in both simplicity and specialization. So I tried my own hand at this kit. I tried to make a version of her to see what I could do with it. I'd like to present my results with you here. So, here is my version of her kit: Ahsoka Tano (Grey Jedi) Kit Idea:
Light Side, Attacker (AGI), Scoundrel, Unaligned Force User Deadly Attacker that strikes swiftly after disappearing into the shadows.
Aggressive Attacks (Basic) Deal Physical damage to target enemy twice. If Ahsoka doesn’t have Stealth, reduce the cooldown of Hidden Strike by 1.
Hidden Strike (Special) (Cooldown: 4) Dispel all debuffs from Ahsoka and target other ally. Both recover 5% Protection for each debuff dispelled and gain Stealth for 2 turns. Then deal Special damage to all enemies.
You Know What I Want (Special) (Cooldown: 4) (Zeta) All Scoundrel allies gain Critical Chance Up and Critical Damage Up for 2 turns. Dispel all buffs from target enemy and inflict Marked on them for 2 turns, which can’t be Evaded or Resisted. Then call all Scoundrel allies to assist. If the enemy is defeated by this ability, reduce the cooldowns of all Scoundrel allies by 1. Otherwise grant all Scoundrel allies 35% Turn Meter.
Former Jedi (Unique) Ahsoka Tano (Grey Jedi) ignores Taunt during her turn. While Ahsoka has Stealth, she has +35% Evasion, Accuracy, Offence, and Health Steal. While Ahsoka doesn’t have Stealth, she has +50% Counter Chance and Critical Avoidance.
Anyway, hope this second round of feedback helped, hope you liked my version of her, and I'm sorry I still don't like this kit as much as I want to.

Thank you for your evaluations for this kit. The feedback has helped very much, and your version of the kit is amazing. Thank you for your feedback and your kit version, and it is very much appreciated.
I have taken your feedback to heart, @Ichiraikou, and will work on creating a better version of Ahsoka Tano (Grey Jedi) that should come out sometime later this week.
