AI not using abilities on priority

Noticed several times that the AI doesn't use abilities when it should. This happens at the start of battle. The ones Ive noticed so far are TFP, Maul and Vader not using their aoes.

Watch opposing team's maul in both battles in turn 1.

Could be taunt preventing AoE is back by accident

Dont think thats it. I tested vs TFP with no one taunting and he uses his basic on opening.

Have also seen b2 doing this a few times.

only thing I could think of based on that video. B2 aoe is also a dispel so hard to say.
