Allow 50/50 Participation in TB,

Please don't, how its now will prevent people switching guild and messing up TB results for 49 others.

you do know its about the stars and not about individual contribution right

Why not? Otherwise he is locked out for a full tb.

@Nedus yes equal rewards even to late comers; you let him join bec. you know or assume he will give you better chances to get more stars. you have to stop thinking as individuals and start thinking for the better well being of the guild in the long run.

This is done to prevent any type of abuse people will find to switch guilds.

@CronozNL well because you could do haat get reward, join another guild and take there another loot.thats not possible because tb is running for all guilds at the same time. So there is no way to get 2x the tb loot.

Did you read OP his suggestion? I'll repeat it here for you:
"Devs! Please Allow new members to contribute on the "next phase" not next TB. "

Now new members are recently joined members right?
Next phase is the phase in the same TB right?

Ok now picture this; you start on monday, 5 members leave guild to join other guild (Mol Eliza's) and you get 3 new members which are being placed at place 50+ = no rewards.

Or they leave halfway TB to join a new guild with more GP halfway the same TB. Imo behaviour like this shouldn't be rewarded.
Even sisterguilds or w/e it's called shouldn't be rewarded for doing this.

Get your guild in order before starting the next TB.

We have a sister guild for training, and we promote people in as needed and when ready.

Actually member movements should be rare.

Unless your guild has lots of mercs.
