Unfortunately, I've learned that the relic delta has absolutely no effect on the conquest...at least not in normal mode. My r5-r7 teams are constantly getting obliterated by G12 teams in sector one. I was stuck on a g12 jawa team for 2 days before finally 1 starring, now I'm 8 attempts in to try to beat a Jedi training Rey team. At "only" 3.1 mil GP, I don't have GLs or the depth to make much progress in the event. It's very frustrating and has definitely taken the fun out of that event for me.
You may not have depth but R5-R7 should not be obliterated in section 1 normal, this does not even happen in hard. Relic delta may help in the future brute force it, but I would review mods and also look into if you are trying to use the worst available squads for these nodes and try to bring up some more useful squads for conquest. It’s worth considering conquest when improving your roster and many squads are good across multiple game modes.
