Announced make good for Era battle mistake Jun1-2?

Has there been anounced make good for the Era battle June 1-2nd where you couldn’t join/compete even if you had the new characters?  Mine all 6* but as you can see in pictures says I don’t have any.

I have need putting help tickets in but never get answers.   Pissed off since spent money & crystals for that pay off & devs are not fixing error.   I am about to report to Apple to try refunds that way for me expenses if I can’t get through EA.   Sorry if repeat post - couldnt find the topic & only joined forums just now to see if here since help tickets are a waste of time.
