Another OFFERNOTPURCHASABLE error.....

In addition to the other error i've been having for about 4 months( and counting) i now have the same error when trying to buy the aurodium nightsister lst. 

To be clear:
No nothing wrong with my credit card, i bought the kyber one, no issues
No i did not try to cancel it
No i did not enter wrong information as i get this message even before i have to choose my payment option....
A quick search learned that this error is a known thing on EA shops-dlc etc... Yet whenever i address this ingame help, they act like its totally new and probably my fault.

I really would like a solution to this annoying issue. I would have bought the LST but now i will not be able to buy it before GAC lock in so why bother. 
Any advice of feedback at this point would be more then i received in the past 4 months on this error
