SWGOH.gg reports our opponent has 91 mil in gp, we have 61 mil in gp. Why bother deploying?

Because you have to deploy at least a certain amount to get rewards. ;)
Odds are you're facing a guild that didn't quite fill up their TW. We lost 2 after TB dropping our total GP to 156mil, and one person forgot to join so we've only got 47 entered in the TW war.
Ended up pit against a guild that has 130mil gp total, (~25mil below us) and one singular Traya (We've got ~40). Basically this isn't gonna be a fun war. TW algorithm is weighted too heavily on active GP total, and needs to be re-evaluated for guilds that aren't full. The matchmaking algorithm actually seems to do a decent job when both guilds have the maximum of 50 members in the TW.
