Anti sith jedi?
I was thinking about that lately and I came to realisation that most sith characters in the game have some anti jedi abilities or bonuses. DS has bonus evasion against jedi. CD is OP with his bonuses ...

Sith have the lowest health in game (except savage, but umm yeah). While Jedi have the highest health (an average). Toons that can easily one shot sith, can't one shot most jedis.
Both accounts are wrong. Sith on average have higher health than FO and Nightsisters. Also Dooku's counter applies to every attack, Jedi or not. While Sid received multiple buffs when his character lore wise was always weak and non combative. In fact both of these character preferred not to fight becuase they knew their abilities were low. Also why they tended to use there force power to even the fight. Right now Dooku and Sid are portrayed to be mega bada**es with their lightsabers.
Dooku. Sure he counters. But his stuns are for Jedi. He has weak dmg. Attack dooku with non Jedi.
Sid. Dodged Jedi. That's the part that's anti Jedi. His dmg is in the med range.
I tried to sum it up but the parts your not looking at. Qgj, can go first and 1 hit kill. Yoda can go first and buff everyone so debuffs don't effect them. Sid can go first but will not even drop you half health. Dooku can go first but might take 1/4 health away if lucky. Also anakin is fast and does the exact same thing as sid, except lower chance, but has the added can't be buffed effect as well
Not sure we're FO health came into this. But if you mean Jedi, your forgetting about fisto, aayle, bariss, mace, anakin.
I'm sorry to say this but in honest. If your having issues with dooku and sid, your not in the top of your brackets. And your not running toons you need to win.
Sid is strong. That's not an issue. As strong as he is, FOTP, and GS will take him out in 1 shot. Same with dooku. Only Jedi they do that to is Yoda, unless they crit then qgj, and lumi can be taken out. Maul can be taken out by someone just running up and slapping him.
